Draai Laag Brewery
(Pronounced Dry Log)
4399 Gibsonia Road 15044-9343
Owner: Draai Laag Brewing Company LLC
The original brewery started in Millvale but a lager brewhouse was required. The company opened a facility in Allison Park but relocated that brewery to Gibsonia. For reasons unknown to me that located was closed and the main production brewery is in Gibsonia. On March 12, 2018 name of the facility was changed to Strange Roots Experimental Ales (see below).

Inner Groove Brewery

According to the Pittsburgh Triblive, June 6, 2019, the owners are: Kevin and Jen Walzer of Gibsonia and Tim and Kelly Melle of West Deer. The Pa LCB has this as well. Previous documentation showed Jennifer Boustead Walzer and Kelly Roberts Melle as the brewery’s owners.
The company incorporated on October 16, 2017. Proposed location was to be Gibsonia. Pa LCB issued a pending brewery license on November 9, 2019 for a location in Verona. The LCB placed the license in safekeeping on January 7, 2019 but as of June 2019 it is active (as of May 31, 2019).
