Original brewer David Strock worked at Crescent City Brewery and Old River Brewhouse.
Tom Barns, writing in the Post-Gazette on September 30, 1996 said Wolfram Koehler was an investor, head brewer and worked at Crescent City Brewery and Old River Brewhouse. From other sources, Koehler was born in Germany and opened Crescent City in 1991.
